Refund Policy
This policy covers the only paid product on HotelsRating: the hotel owner subscription. Travelers never pay us anything — bookings are paid to booking partners or hotels under their own terms.
1. What you pay for
The owner subscription costs USD 1 per room per month (a 50-room hotel pays $50/month), billed monthly through Stripe. It unlocks management and analytics tools for your claimed hotel page. It does not and cannot affect your score, medal, or ranking — see the Integrity Policy.
2. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund the started billing period. If we ever charge you in error — for example after a completed cancellation — we will refund that charge in full; write to [email protected].
3. Price changes
If the price model changes, existing subscribers will be notified by e-mail at least 30 days before the new price takes effect and can cancel before it applies.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund or withdrawal rights that the law of your country grants and that cannot be waived.
