You have the right to request deletion of your HotelsRating account and personal data at any time, as required by GDPR and similar privacy regulations.

What we delete

Firebase identity, pending claims, contact details.

What we keep

Approved public videos, anonymised aggregate metrics.

How long

Immediate identity removal; background sweep within 30 days.
