HRI Verified: independent inspection
A certified inspector checks your property against a standardized protocol with video evidence. Verified facts replace self-reported ones in the facility component of your HRI, and the score follows the facts in either direction. The fee buys the assessment, never the outcome, and results publish either way.
Subscription questions
Why am I paying to manage my own hotel?
HotelsRating compiles hotel data from many public sources. Most hotels are listed and discoverable without any owner action. The subscription lets you publish direct contact details, an official tour video, and brand-controlled copy: features that drive direct bookings rather than third-party redirects.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep dashboard access through the end of the current billing period. After that, the direct contact details revert to the public defaults. The hotel page itself stays online.
Do you offer annual billing or volume discounts?
Yes. Pay monthly at $1 per room per month, or save 20% with annual billing at $9.60 per room per year. For chains with more than 50 hotels, contact us for a group quote.
How is my card handled?
Card numbers are never seen by HotelsRating. The checkout and ongoing billing run on Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. You can update or remove your card via the Stripe billing portal from your owner dashboard.
