The nearest airport is Dubai International Airport, 30 minutes drive from Dream Inn Dubai - Palm Villa, while Al Maktoum Airport is 40 minutes away. Free parking is available on the drive of the villa. A damage deposit of AED 4000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. We require passport copies for each guest at least 24 hours before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office.
