Landhaus Tonmühle

This family-run hotel enjoys an idyllic location on the northern outskirts of the Harz National Park. Landhaus Tonmühle offers rustic-style accommodation between the historic town of Wernigerode and the spa town of Ilsenburg. These double rooms and apartments are warmly furnished and include a TV and shower. Many rooms offer access to the beautiful terrace with ponds. The hotel is a wonderful base for hikes and bike rides through the surrounding forests, or to the nearby Brocken peak. A rich breakfast buffet is offered between 08:00 and 10:00 daily, or on request from 06:30 and until 11:00 at weekends. Fine cuisine and hearty regional dishes are prepared by the owner himself in the hotel’s Miediterranean-style conservatory restaurant. During the summer, you can enjoy barbecues on the Tonmühle’s peaceful terrace.
