Each room is individually furnished and decorated with its own colour scheme, en-suite shower facilities, 2 chairs, free slippers, TV/DVD, coffee/tea tray and a host of other facilities. The rooms are on the ground, 1st and 2nd floor with no lift. The Breakfast Room is light and airy with views to the sea, and guests can enjoy an English Breakfast every morning. Hunstanton offers beaches, shallow waters, good amenities, independent shops and restaurants. One of the UKs Links Golf Courses is located 1 mile away in Old Hunstanton. Please inform Sunset Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. The property will not serve breakfast from 1st November to 1st April 2024. Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. More parking spaces free of charge can be found nearby. Breakfast is served between 08:00 – 10:00 every morning with timed slots during busier periods. Rooms are situated on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor. Please note that there is no lift at the property. Please note: Alcohol and food may not be consumed in the rooms or anywhere on the premises. Smoking is not permitted.
