You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property does not accept reservations from local guests, from the Townsville region. Please note that the reception opening hours are as follows: Morning 09:00 - 12:30 & Afternoon 15:30 - 20:00 daily Late check-in (after 20:00) and early arrival can be arranged in advance if requested prior to 18:00 on the previous day.
