Each unit comes with a full kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, stove/oven, ceiling fan and a private bathroom. All units have optional AC. The on-site garden restaurant serves traditional Mexican food and home-made cocktails. Room service, personal laundry service and other amenities are provided. Guests at the Mayan Beach Garden have free access to kayaks, and other equipment is available for rent. Snorkeling, and Fishing from shore or lagoon is within walking distance. Please inform Mayan Beach Garden in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of MXN 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property accepts infants under the age of 1 and children over the age of 12.
