Situated on Llandudno’s Central Promenade, family-run Iris Hotel Llandudno is just metres from Llandudno Beach and overlooks the sea. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, coffee/tea making facilities and an en suite with a hairdryer. The Iris is just a 5-minute walk from Llandudno Railway Station. Llandudno Pier is a 10-minute stroll along the seafront, and the beautiful Snowdonia National Park is a 20-minute drive away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the restaurant remains closed until July 1st, 2021. Please note that room will not receive daily housekeeping due to health and safety reasons as a result of Covid 19. The property can provide an iron and ironing board on request only. No cooked meals are available at the property. Continental Breakfast is available free of charge. Please note the lead guest must be 18 years and older. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Check-in is only until 20:00. After this time, the booking will be marked as a no-show and the full amount will be charged by the property. Guests are welcome to leave their bags with the property if arriving before 12:00. Early check-in or late check out fees may apply. Please contact the property for more details. The property charges an additional GBP 10 for bookings with one child under 12 years, provided the child uses existing beds. This amount will be automatically charged from the card provided at the time of booking. Please note that extra beds cannot be accommodated in the rooms. A travel cot can be provided on request only. Guests who wish to have evening meals in the restaurant need to reserve a table, pre-order meals and make payment prior to arrival. The property strictly cannot accommodate requests for meals on the same day of dining. Please contact the property directly for more details. A lift is available in the hotel but cannot accommodate mobility scooters, wheelchairs or push chairs. The Annex building does not have a lift. As such, this property is not recommended for guests with mobility issues. The property cannot accommodate pets. Only guide dogs are welcome for an additional fee of GBP 25 per stay. Guests have to inform the property in advance and indicate on the booking if they plan on bringing a guide dog. Additional fees must be paid prior to arrival. Upon check-in, guests need to provide documentation proving that the dog is a guide dog. The property has a strict no-smoking policy. Please note that the hotel does not have a private car park. Parking is available along the Promenade, with no charges from 16:00 to 22:00. Parking is also available by the train station for just GBP 2 per 12 hours. Venue Cymru Car Park charges GBP 5 per 24 hours.
