The interiors were tastefully refurbished combining the practice of Feng-Shui, with modern principles of bio-architecture. The hotel serves organic food for breakfast, and the toiletries in offer are not tested on animals. Gluten- and allergy-free food can be prepared on request. The wine list includes many prestigious local wines and selected organic wines. The property has won the local Balconi Fioriti competition, and was awarded with the Ecological Hotel label by Ecoworldhotel, and Best Quality Hotel by the Chamber of Commerce of Verona.
