Situated right above Bad Gasteins famous waterfall, only 200 metres from the centre, the 4-star Appartementhotel Sonnenwende by AlpenTravel offers panoramic mountain and village views, free WiFi, and free garage parking. From May to October, guests will be offered a discount at the Felsentherme. All of the stylish apartments have a flat-screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and an elegant bathroom. Some apartments have 2 or 3 bathrooms, or feature a balcony. Guests find an on-site restaurant that serves Austrian dishes with seasonal and regional products. The Stubnerkogellift, the main ski lift of the Gastein Valley is 500 metres away from the Sonnenwende apartments and is also reachable by ski bus, which stops in front of the aparthotel. Tennis courts, an ice rink and spa facilities can be reached within a 5-minute walk. A heated depot for ski equipment is available on site. Please inform Sonnenwende by AlpenTravel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that only one parking space is available for each apartment. Please note that guests at the property can receive a 25 per cent discount on admission tickets to Felsentherme from May to October.
