Backpacker Federnhut

The Federnhut is a backpackers hostel situated 70 metres from the Rhine River, 150 metres from the vineyards of the Munot and 900 metres from the Schaffhausen Train Station. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hostel. Rooms at Back-Packer Federnhut are brightly painted and either have shared or private bathroom facilities, cable TV and a fridge. Shared bathroom facilities are separated by gender and are on the same floor as the accommodation units. The Museum zu Allerheiligen, Old Town and various restaurants are within a 5-minute walk from Back-Packer Federnhut. A train from the Schaffhausen Train Station goes to the Rhine Falls in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Europes largest waterfall. It is also possible to organise boat trips along the river at the Schaffhausen Ferry Terminal. Please note that the snack bar is closed on Wednesdays the whole day and on Tuesday at lunch time. Please also note that Back-Packer Federnhuts reception is located in the snack bar. Please contact Backpacker Federnhut by phone in advance when arriving on Tuesdays after 13:00 or on Wednesdays. Please note that the rooms are located on the first and second floor. There is no lift.
