Alpenrose

Enjoying an ideal location 100 metres from the Klein-Matterhorn cable car, Alpenrose is only a 5-minute walk from the Zermatt town centre. It offers free Wi-Fi and a continental breakfast. All rooms of the Alpenrose provide a balcony, cable TV and a private bathroom. Some also have a bathtub and a seating area. The restaurant of the Alpenrose serves traditional Swiss cuisine either indoors or on the terrace, which features splendid views of the Matterhorn. The Zermatt Main Train Station is just a 15-minute walk away. The Alpenrose offers a shuttle service to and from the train station upon request. Cars can be parked at the nearby town of Täsch (at a cost), where there is a regular train service running to Zermatt. Swiss "Postcard" is accepted as a method of payment.
